Fastlane Wholesale Autos may have been established in October 2024, but we certainly didn't wake up last Tuesday morning and decide to start buying and selling cars!

Behind Fastlane is more than four decades of hand-on automotive industry experience, spanning exotic car rentals, motion-picture vehicle fleets, wholesale purchasing, auto dismantling, and large-scale vehicle remarketing.

FOUR DECADES IN THE AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS

The experience behind Fastlane Wholesale Autos began in 1985, when Chris began working at a new car dealership in Orange County, California as a salesman. That lasted about a month! After that, he found himself working for and eventually becoming the General Manager for an exotic car rental company in Anaheim, California. What followed was a career that touched nearly every corner of the automotive industry.

From purchasing vehicles for automotive dismantlers and wholesale operations to managing a fleet of 900 vehicles for the largest supplier of picture cars in movie and television industry in Hollywood, the experience gained along the way provided a unique understanding of vehicle values, market conditions and the business of automotive remarketing.

That career also included working as a floorplan auditor, overseeing vehicle purchasing operations for multiple automotive recycling facilities, and developing an entensive background in buying, evaluating, and remarketing vehicles of virtually every description.

132,103 VEHILCES. ONE FISCAL YEAR.

One of the proudest accomplishments came while working as an end-of-life vehicle buyer for a major national automotive recycling company.

During his final year with the company, Fastlane founder Chris Larsen was formally recognized as its top buyer, credited with the purchase of an extraordinary 132,103 vehicles in a single fiscal year.

That kind of experience doesn't come from reading a book or attending a weekend seminar. It comes from decades of evaluating vehicles, understanding their markets, making purchasing decisions, and learning firsthand what makes a good deal-and what doesn't.

THE NEXT CHAPTER: FASTLANE WHOLESALE AUTOS

In October 2024, Chris established Fastlane Wholesale Autos inFresno, California, bringing that experience together in an independently owned automotive wholesale and vehicle remarketing business.

Today, Fastlane specializes in sourcing and remarketing passenger vehicles, pickup trucks, SUV's, commercial vehicles, retired government fleet vehicles and salvage inventory.

Our business is built around straightforward transactions, realistic vehicle evaluations, and developing lasting relationships with licensed automotive dealers, dismantlers and other industry professionals.
